This model designed for the Summit line makes over 190 HP using a race fuel blend, the stock exhaust and silencer - recommended.
All work on this kit is done in house, not sourced out as others, as to cyl boring, porting, cyl head designs, dyno testing !
Kit includes following:
Cyl boring, our updated porting design, plating, custom cast coated pistons, piston pins, circlips, needle bearings, base gasket, Modify stock cyl head for desired ratio insert domes, Needle shims included.
Note: Coolant manifold is no longer included with 872 kits.
* At this time we have 30 differant Ratio Domes available for the 872 version, all interchangeable, call for recommendations or special requests no problem.
With customer supplied cyl, head, raves.
$495.00 for piston rebuild kit, 2 pistons, pins, circlips, oem specific base gasket, we keep records on every build for all aspects of build (send back your cyl for us to diamond hone when installing new pistons).
*We have matched our new 872 piston weight and design to make this package the smoothest running BB available which helps boost performance also!

Over 1000 pistons in stock at this time, always available for rebuilds and for 10 plus coming years!!
* 860"s can be updated to this new design with new pistons, updated porting, cyl dome machining.
