Our 800HO cylinder porting gives a gain of 10 Horsepower over stock, better throttle response , more midrange and maintains stock RPM peak 7900-8000. Includes porting, diamond hone , oem base gasket, rave mods, ( need raves left in cylinder for work to be completed properly).

Oem Rotax Piston is the only piston to use in the 800HO Engine. We use them in all applications from trail to race , anything else is a problem waiting to happen.

Trail porting wakes up this small bore engine, 8 horsepower gains over stock, better throttle response, more midrange and maintains stock rpm power range. We have had years of working with this engine for snocross which has helped us improve our trail packages, includes porting, diamond hone, oem base gasket, rave mods, OEM Rotax piston is the only piston to use in this engine. We have developed a special chrome face ring also.
